7-Day Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging where reasonably possible
- Complete with all accessories and parts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and white clothing cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered by the customer may also not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected under applicable South African law.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, AfriMall will process the applicable refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
